A little clarity.
About Ngajimore, your account, and how we build together.
Can I report bugs and reply to comments?
Yes. Choose New feature, Improvement, or Bug, then select the product category and platform. For bugs, include reproduction steps, expected and actual results, app version, and device without personal data. Reply to a comment to add context; the reply remains connected after duplicate merging. Hidden or deleted parent comments do not appear in reply quotations.
How do private messages and notifications work?
Sign in and open Messages to contact Ngajimore support/the owner. Only you and a passkey-verified owner can access your conversation. User-to-user messaging is not available. Comment replies and support responses appear in the in-app Notifications inbox; no notification email is sent. Load more to see further activity. Support conversations are removed when your account is deleted. Never send passwords or tokens.
Can I download Ngajimore yet?
Ngajimore is being prepared for release. Join the launch-update list on the homepage. Published device requirements do not mean the app is already available in a store.
What is free, and what does Premium include?
The Qur’an, translations, qari audio, duas, dhikr, worship guides, prayer times, Qibla, reminders, and self-assessed memorization are free features. Premium adds Tartil, Wamdah, Mizan, learning insights, adaptive plans, and study-task calendar export. AI features depend on compatible devices and available models.
How does AI process my recitation?
Recitation processing is designed to run on your device. Tartil follows words; Wamdah provides provisional highlighting; Mizan grades pronunciation after a session when the appropriate model is available. Demo results are illustrative. Ngajimore does not promise live, letter-by-letter tajwid correction.
Does the Fajr alarm work on every device?
AlarmKit-based alarms require iOS 26 or later and the appropriate permission. Older iOS versions and Mac use reminders or notifications with system limitations. Test the alarm on your own device; there is no universal alarm guarantee.
Do I need an account to view the roadmap?
No. Ideas, the roadmap, and releases are public. A verified Ngajimore account and confirmation that you are 18 or older are required to suggest, comment, or vote. Sign in with your Ngajimore account through Apple or Google.
How can I influence priorities?
Search existing ideas, then support them or explain your needs. Each account gets one vote per idea and can remove it. The owner considers demand, benefit, security, accessibility, effort, and product direction. Popularity is not a promise to build or a release date.
Do Premium users get heavier votes?
No. All accounts have equal voting weight. The owner can see aggregate support from people who held Premium when voting to understand their needs. Premium status and email stay private, except for a Premium badge you explicitly enable on your contributions.
How are duplicate ideas handled?
Related suggestions appear as you type a title. Add context to an existing idea when it fits. The owner can merge duplicates, preserving discussion and counting each person once. Old idea links resolve to the canonical idea.
Who publishes and moderates feedback?
Verified users can publish immediately under a chosen display name. The Ngajimore owner reviews reports, can hide content, merges duplicates, and decides roadmap status. Do not post personal information, threats, spam, or material that infringes other people’s rights.
What do the board statuses mean?
Under review means the need is being understood. Backlog means recorded without a schedule. Planned means selected for future work. In progress means implementation is underway. Released means the update has been published. Not planned means it is not currently being pursued, with an explanation where available.
How do cards, category swimlanes, and release archives work?
The board has status columns and category swimlanes, with an ungrouped option. Open a card to read details and add comments. The owner can archive released cards from the board. They remain in Releases and at their direct links, with votes and discussion preserved. A version is optional, the release date is recorded when known, and releases can be filtered by year. Most supported and Newest ideas sort by support or idea creation, rather than release date.
How do I report a security or account issue?
Email support@ngajimore.com rather than posting publicly. Include the device, app version, and reproduction steps. Never include passwords, sign-in codes, tokens, recitation recordings, or another person’s private information.
How do I delete my account?
Use Profile → Account → Manage account → Delete account in the app, or follow the website’s account-deletion guide. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel store subscriptions. Contact support for requests involving your identity on public contributions.
